Sanford Agricultural Marketplace

SECTION 001113 – ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

The City of Sanford will accept bids for the Sanford Agricultural Marketplace project after July 14, 2024. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Sanford, NC at the Sanford Municipal Center located at 225 E. Weatherspoon Street up to 2:00pm on Thursday, September 5, 2024. The proposals should be left in the engineering department on the second floor. Immediately after the deadline the proposals will be publicly opened and read in the Western Conference Room within the Sanford Municipal Center for the construction of The Sanford Agricultural Marketplace. Bids shall be marked “SEALED BID”, addressed to the attention of:

The proposal shall include the Name, Address, and License Number of the bidder, and the type proposal enclosed.

Contractors interested in bidding as prime bidders are encouraged to attend the open pre-bid meeting which will be held July 18, 2024, at 2:00 pm at the Western Conference Room, Sanford Municipal Center, 225 E. Weatherspoon Street, Sanford, NC.

Complete plans and specifications for the project will be available from the online planroom of Accent Imaging.
