The City of Durham will open sealed formal Bids submitted by qualified Bidders at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, for Contract 15462, Project: West Club Blvd Corridor Utility Rehabilitation and Replacement at the Department of Water Management, Training Room A, 1600 Mist Lake Drive, Durham, North Carolina.

Beginning 8:00 AM, August 28, 2024, the Contract Documents may be reviewed online and be obtained from Accent Imaging, 8121 Brownleigh Drive, Raleigh, NC 27617, (919) 782-3332, or at www.accentimaging.com. A hard copy of the plans, contract, or electronic files may be obtained at a non-refundable fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) plus sales tax and delivery for hard copies and digital copies, or one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) plus

sales tax and delivery for digital copies only. Plans must be purchased through Accent Imaging to be on the bidders list.

Beginning 8:00 AM, August 28, 2024, the Contract Documents, will be on file in the Department of Water Management, Utility Engineering, 1600 Mist Lake Drive, Durham, North Carolina with an appointment.

To be sure all bidders are kept up to date on any Addenda, changes, or information notices please send an email to jakers@dewberry.com indicting your intention to prepare a Bid for the Project. Failure to complete this step may render your Bid non-responsive.
