Hand-delivered, sealed proposals will be received by the N.C. Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Agronomics Division up to 1:30PM on October 30, 2024  in the Eaddy Building Detached Addition, 4300 Reedy Creek Rd, Raleigh, NC 27607 attn: Andy Meier, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of :

Work includes a detached addition to the Donald W. Eaddy Building.

Bids will be received for single prime contract. All proposals shall be lump sum.

Pre-Bid Meeting

An open pre-bid meeting, MANDATORY for General Contractors interested in bidding will be held at 1:30 PM on October 2, 2024 at the Donald W. Eaddy Building, 4300 Reedy Creek Rd, Raleigh, NC 27607. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and forms.
