UNCG Armfield-Preyer Undergrad Admissions Renovation - REBID

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 pm on October 26, 2023, at 105 Gray Dr, UNC- Greensboro, Facilities Design & Construction, for the exterior renovation of the Armfield Preyer Admissions Building at which time and place bids will be opened and read.

Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from Accent Imaging, www.accentimaging.com or www.planscope.com, 8121 Brownleigh Drive, Raleigh, NC 27617, 800- 280- 0755, after October 15, 2023. A refundable plan deposit of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) in cash, check payable to Accent Imaging, or credit card is required for each printed set.

Contractor will be required to pay for all shipping of printed sets. UNC Greensboro reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
