ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Franklin County is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

Triangle North Franklin - Phase 2

Sealed bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Conference Room at the Franklin County Administration Building located at 113 Market Street, Louisburg, NC 27549, until Friday, August 30, 2024, at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The name and address and license number of the bidder must be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope.

 

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held beginning at 10:00 AM local time on Monday, August 12, 2024. The pre-bid conference will be held at the Triangle North Franklin Executive Airport office located at 440 Airport Road, Louisburg, NC, 27549

All project-related questions are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing at least 7-days prior to bid and may be sent to Nate Harvey via e-mail to Nate.Harvey@kimley-horn.com. No questions are to be directed to Franklin County staff or personnel.

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Accent Imaging, Inc. Prospective Bidders may review the Bidding Documents online and obtain digital and printed copies from the Issuing Office, 8121 Brownleigh Drive, Raleigh, NC, 27617 | (919) 782-3332 | www.accentimaging.com for a non-refundable fee of one hundred fifty ($150.00) for the printed set plus electronic, or seventy-five ($75.00) for electronic only, plus sales tax and delivery. Plans must be purchased through the Issuing Office to be on the bidders list. Bids will only be accepted from companies listed on the bidders list.

Bidding Documents also may be viewed, free of charge, at the offices of the Franklin County Clerk, 113 Market Street, Louisburg, NC 27549, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m, by appointment.
