ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed bids from, Pre-Qualified Bidders only, will be received via email (PDF format only) at CollegeEnvironment@rccc.edu until 2:00PM on January 14, 2025, for the construction of:

Rowan Cabarrus Commmunity College N105 Teaching Auditorium Renovations

at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read via ZOOM. A link is provided in the Notice to Bidders document in the Project Manual.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for the prequalified bidders at 10:00AM on December 16, 2024, beginning in the courtyard in front of building N105, Rowan Cabarrus Community College North Campus, 133 Jake Alexander Boulevard, Salisbury NC 28146. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures, bid forms and owner preferred alternates.

This meeting is open to the public and in accordance with GS133-3 and SCO procedures a public session will be conducted as the final agenda item of the pre-bid meeting to review the following preferred brand items being considered as Alternates by the owner for this project:
