Brevard Pump Station

INVITATION TO BID

Sealed Bids for construction of the Pump Station Rehabilitation and Replacement project will be received at the Council Chambers at Brevard City Hall, 95 W. Main Street, Brevard, NC 28712 until 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 and at that time and placed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Brevard City Council Chambers at 95 W. Main Street, Brevard, NC 28712.

A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 10:00AM at the Council Chambers at Brevard City Hall, 95 W. Main Street, Brevard, NC 28712 to discuss the requirements of the Contract Documents

Complete Bidding Documents may be obtained from Accent Imaging, 8121 Brownleigh Drive, Raleigh, NC 27617, (919) 782-3332, or at www.planscope.com (Accent lmaging's Planroom). A hard copy of the Bidding Documents plus electronic files may be obtained for a nonrefundable fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00). Alternatively, an electronic copy of the Bidding Documents can be obtained at no charge.

Contract Documents must be obtained through Accent Imaging to be on the bidders list. Bids will only be accepted from companies listed on the bidders list. To remain up to date on any Addenda, changes, or information notices, please send an email to rudinrj@cdmsmith.com indicating your intention to prepare a Bid for the Project. Failure to complete this step may render your Bid non-responsive.

With each request for Bidding Documents, supply the following information: Company name, contact person, street address, phone number, and email address for Bidding point of contact; N.C. contractor's license with limitation and classification; indicate if the firm will be a Prime bidder, Supplier or Sub­ Contractor. Neither the City nor the Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bid Documents including any addendum obtained from any other source.
