SCOPE OF WORK

The Work includes the following:

1.       Selective demolition of the existing wood handicapped ramp and selective parts of the existing porch.

2.      Construction of new wood handicapped ramp and modifications to the existing porch.

3.      Construction of new concrete walk and handicapped parking pad

4.      Limited structural repairs to the structure

An open pre-bid meeting for General Contractors interested in bidding will be held at 10:00 AM on February 18, 2025 at the project site. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and forms.
