Renovations and Additions to New Sparta ABC Board Location 631 South Main Street

The addition of approximately 1566 sq.ft of warehouse space and interior renovations to an existing 3330 sq.ft. building on the first floor. No work is anticipated on the second floor.

Bids will be received for Single Prime – General Construction. All proposals shall be lump sum.

An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on May 8th, 2025 at 1:00pm in the building located at 631 South Main Street, Sparta, NC 28675. The Meeting will address the scope of work, project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms. The meeting will allow bidders the opportunity to visit and review the project site.

Complete plans, specifications and contract documents will be open for inspection in the offices of CBSA Architects, 226 2nd street NW, Hickory, NC 28601 and Plan Scope Online or may be obtained by those qualified as prime bidders at Accent Imaging, Hickory, NC.
