Sealed Bids will be received until 1:00 PM, Friday, June 20, 2025, at 222 W Hargett St, Room 305, Raleigh, NC 27601, at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the construction of the Wake BRT New Bern Avenue Construction Package 1 project.
After Bids are opened, the Owner shall evaluate them in accordance with the methods and criteria set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner/City Council reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the Bid Form for the performance of the Contract.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, May 9, 2025, at the GoRaleigh facility located at 4104 Poole Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610.
Complete bidding documents may be accessed AT NO COST from Accent Imaging beginning April 24, 2025. Bidding documents can be viewed and downloaded at no cost online at www.planscope.com by navigating to Public Projects or hard copies can be purchased from Accent Imaging located at 8121 Brownleigh Drive, Raleigh, NC 27617, (919)782-3332.
A PDF of the bidding documents can be accessed and downloaded at no cost by registering an account with Accent Imaging. A hard copy of the full bid set can be purchased from Accent Imaging for a nonrefundable fee of Six Hundred and Eighty Dollars ($680.00), or a hard copy of individual sheets can be purchased from Accent Imaging a fee of $1.18 per sheet plus sales tax.
