The City of Durham will open sealed formal Bids submitted by qualified Bidders at 2:00 PM on June 5, 2025 for Contract 16208, Project: East Durham Water, Sewer, and Stormwater Replacement Phase 1A at the Department of Water Management Training Room C, 1600 Mist Lake Drive, Durham, North Carolina.
The foregoing description shall not be construed as a complete description of all work required. Beginning Thursday, April 24, 2025, the Contract Documents may be reviewed online and be obtained from Accent Imaging, 8121 Brownleigh Drive, Raleigh, NC 27617, (919) 782-3332, or at www.accentimaging.com. A hard copy of the plans, contract, or electronic files may be obtained at a non-refundable fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) for the hard set plus digital, or one hundred dollars ($100.00) for digital only plus sales tax and delivery. Plans must be purchased through Accent Imaging to be on the bidders list. Bids will only be accepted from companies listed on the bidders list. All updates / notifications regarding the bid, including Addenda, will be distributed to companies on the bidders list.
The Contract Documents may be viewed, free of charge, at the City of Durham, Department of Water Management, 1600 Mist Lake Drive, Durham, North Carolina by appointment only.
The Project Manual including Bidding Documents, Contract Documents, and Technical Specifications, including the drawings, will also be on file at the following locations:
