Construction of approx. 3,200 LF of 8- to 16-inch sanitary sewer, approx. 2,100 LF of 6- to 12-inch waterline, approx. 260 LF of 24-inch to 42-inch stormwater, and approx. 550 LF of stream enhancements. An additional approx. 230 LF of sanitary sewer is included as a bid alternate.
