Project Name: GoRaleigh Passenger Amenity Improvements – Set 9
Sealed Bids will be received until 1:00PM on Thursday, May 22nd, 2025, at the GoRaleigh Operation Center at a meeting in Room 123, 4104 Poole Road, Raleigh, NC 27610, at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the construction of the GoRaleigh Passenger Amenity Improvements – Set 9 Project.
After Bids are opened, the Owner shall evaluate them in accordance with the methods and criteria set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner/City Council reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the Bid Form for the performance of the Contract.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for all contractors, sub-contractors, minority and woman owned businesses will be held at 2:00PM on Wednesday, May 7th, 2025 via a virtual meeting. If you would like to attend the virtual pre-bid meeting, please send an email to Michael Dioquino at DRMP, Inc. at mdioquino@drmp.com that includes the name and email address of the attendee(s). Invitations to the virtual meeting will go out the day of the pre-bid meeting.
The Project consists generally of the following major items: Bus stop and site amenities, to existing and proposed bus stop locations as shown on the plans. The work will generally consist of clearing, grading, concrete pads and sidewalks, installing amenities, traffic control, and other related items.
