Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Holly Springs until Tuesday, January 14,2025. at 2:00 pm and thereafter immediately opened and read publicly for the Bass Lake Spillway Town of Holly Springs Project No. 21-005. The project is generally described as follows:

Description of Work to be done

The work for the Town of Holly Springs Bass Lake Dam Spillway, TOHS Proj. # 21-005, includes the construction of an auxiliary spillway, modifying the existing embankment, grading, and erosion control.

Plans, Specifications, and Contract documents may be seen at the office of the Executive Director of Utilities & Infrastructure, Holly Springs Municipal Bldg., 128 S. Main St., Holly Springs, North Carolina, on the Town’s website at www.hollyspringsnc.us (available for download), and at the following electronic plan rooms: Carolina Plan Room, Carolina AGC, iSqFt, Planscope.com (Accent Imaging), PlanHub, Bidclerk, Construct Connect, NC Institute of Minority Economic Development (NCIMED), Dodge Data & Analytics, and HCACarolinas; documents may be obtained after December 2, 2024 at the Holly Springs Town Hall upon non-refundable payment of $200.00 per set in cash or check. Postage and handling charge of $25.00 will be added for any items which are mailed.

REQUIRED: Plan holders are required to sign up for “Construction Bids” notifications at www.hollyspringsnc.us/bids.aspx for further project notifications/addenda.

A non-mandatory site visit will be held on December 17,2024 at 10:00 am at the Bass Lake Retreat Center, located at 900 Bass Lake Rd, Holly Springs, NC 27540.

All project questions or requests for clarification should be submitted, in writing, to the Project Manager, Darin Eyster at darin.eyster@hollyspringsnc.gov. When submitting questions, please refer to the project name as well as the page and section if applicable. The deadline to submit questions is December 23,2024.
